Filled it with hot coffee at 7am and it was still steaming at my desk three hours later, which never happened with my old tumbler. The lid seals tight enough that I can toss it in my bag without worrying.

Keeps my coffee warm through the morning commute, which is the main thing I wanted. The lid is a bit fiddly to twist on straight, and it's heavier than my old ceramic mug. Does the job, just not amazing.
